I'm cleaning up the interior of a new to me 72 TR6, all original. I ran across this plastic piece on the inside of the door sill. Looks like there used to be one on the other side lost long ago. Is this stock?

That would be the holder for the seat belt -called a parking device.
This holds the metal clip to make it convenient to locate. Bruce
