I am considering installing a remote brake servo kit on my 59 TR3A.  The kit is offered by Victoria British.  I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has done this, with any recommendations or helpful hints.

OK, it's been almost a month and no responses to the servo kit.  With no negative information, the eternal optimist (me) ordered the kit.  I will install the servo and let the membership know everything I learn about POWER BRAKES on a TR3A.

Regards to all,

The latest information about installing a brake servo on the TR3:  the kit was delivered with brief and generic installation instructions.  Bottom line is that I did not install the servo.  First problem is that the intake manifold must be drilled and tapped for the vacuum source.  The only spot on the manifold large enough is on either end of the manifold.  There is not enough room to drill and tap in the end of the manifold without REMOVING the manifold. I was reluctant to do that.  I had hoped it would be a weekend job.
Further, the unit must be mounted such that it sits on an angle, pointing upward in the limited space just forward of the master cylinder,  I thought that would look very goofy.
I returned the unit.  It was not going to be an easy, quick installation, and certainly would not have been a neat looking addition.
I'll just continue to stand hard on the brake pedal.  It is the character of the TR3, and it helps develop strong leg muscles!

Hope this will be helpful to someone.

Thanks for  sharing.  It will help others to decide without having to go through the same process that you have.

We need a lot  more of these "testimonials" especially the " bad' ones.

If you have to stand "hard" on the brake pedal, then IMO something else is wrong.  My TR3 requires only slightly more force than my other cars with power brakes and less than any other car I've driven without power brakes.

Have you checked that the RPV is flowing freely? (I removed the guts of mine.)

Made sure the pads & shoes are not contaminated?

Do all 4 wheels lock at roughly the same time?
