Hi Im new to this forum although have had my UK Spit MKIV for 15 years!
My thrust bearings dropped out and Ive done about 50 miles on the engine - the crank has eaten into the baring cap and block - so the block and crank are probably now scrap -(couldn't understand why putting the car in gear was getting harder and harder)
I need to source a short engine!
Its for a Spitfire MKIV originally from the UK with a high compression engine.
any leads or advice would be appreciated
