I have the opportunity to acquire two TR10s.  One is a restored driver and the other???
I'd like to build it for vintage racing, BUT I have never seen one built as a road race car; have seen Ausitn A35s but not the Triumph???  Then would have to get one of the vintage associations here in the USA to accept one.  Hoping someone has gone down this road before.
Thanks,  Doug

"JstLiz'a," as VTR's Triumph 10/Herald/Sports 6 vehicle consultant, feel free to send a PM or e-mail or contact me through my web site (http://triumph-herald.us). Don't let the URL fool you, as I cover Triumph 10s and other "family" Triumphs and Standards as well.

Hi-- I'm glad someone had gotten back to me so soon.  I'm impressed.

this is what I had obtained:

Trumph 10 Hp

Comm # : TBE4051LDLB

Body #: CB10998  FISHER & LUDLOW

Milage:  43812

and the engine does turn over.  but needs work badly.

This is all I know about this car at the moment.  Where can I find more infro on this Gem.

thanks for your help

Some good general information about the Triumph 10 here, from the VTR site:

http://www.vtr.org/Triumph10/index.shtml

A listing of known 10s in North America, from my own site:

http://triumph-herald.us (scroll down and click on the picture of the red Triumph 10).

Again, feel free to "PM" me, or contact me through my web site or from the first entry on this page, from the VTR site:

http://www.vtr.org/consultants.shtml

for specific questions.

It wouldn't surprise me if the 43k miles is original. And an engine that turns is often a pretty good sign! BTW, going by the commission number, it's probably a 1958 model, although it might have been titled as a '59. I look forward to hearing more about the car!
