I was wondering if anyone has had any experiences with tires from Universal Vintage tire and or the Universal red line tire shown on this link.  Any feedback would be much appreciated.

Their Universal brand red lines look good, but I don't know anything about how long they may last or any of the other specs high on your priority list.  I see Universal at the AACA Hershey car show each year and quite a few classic cars from the 1920s and 30s use them including my 1933 Chevrolet.  I only run my 33 Chevy around 150 miles per year and the tires I bought from Universal in 1972 still look new.  Remember though, I usually only drive that car 30 MPH.  I would not recommend driving a Triumph on 30+ year old tires. Thinking about it now, I guess it is time for me to start looking at some new tires for the 33.

Coker also sells a good looking Coker Classic Radial that looks more like the original Michelin X Redlines. www.cokertire.com
