I recently replaced all four springs on my '66 TR4A with a matched set from TRF.  After fitting (with no spacers) the front is about 3/4" higher than the rear (measured at the wheel arch) or alternatively, the rear is lower, though the rear gap above the tires looks more correct.  TRF attributes the difference to their using the same set of springs for TR4-TR6, with the lighter TR4A engine making the difference.  What is the engine weight difference?  Has anybody else had this issue and if so, how did you solve it?  Seems to make little difference in handling, but looks strange for sure.

Thanks,

LFW
