What is the real purpose of the rear spring pivot box tube spacer.  This is the tube that is sandwiched between the lower two leafs.  Per the manual once the Pivot Box is in place a bolt goes through the spacer.  I noticed it is not on earlier models.

Swing spring vs Fixed spring. I believe one allows for more body rolling give more desirable camber to the wheel during a turn. I could be wrong
