What's causing a hesitation in throttle responce when exiting a quick corner in my SU equiped 1962 TR4?   Feels like fuel starvation. Only time it happens is when I get on the gas exiting a corner at moderate to high speed. Thanks: KSD

I had a similar thing happening on my TR4.  There are likely a number of things possible.  In my case it was not the carbs but apparently a bad coil.  Don't ask me why, but when the coil finally totally died and I replaced it, the problem stopped.

You have heard the back and forth about "is it fuel or ignition".  I was convinced that it was the carbs and did everything I could think of besides totally replacing the carbs.
