hi all
im in thee middle of redoing my interior and was wondering if there were anybody that sells after market seats for the 1500 spit?  I am looking for a racing style seat or something similar.  Also my other question does anybody know are there any other seats from other cars that will fit a spit?  thanks...

Hi, I put a set of mazda miata seats in my 80 spit. I would not go for the leather ones They are availible in a black cloth the works great in my car . Plus You can buy spray black upolstry dye at carquest and other retailers that will make them look new. Do a googlr search for spitfire miata aand a few sites will come up of people who have gone that route before. BIG PLUS they fit in the car.

I'm rebuilding a 67 Spit and I am using the Miata seats as well. A little work on the seat tracks but they sure are comfortable. Mine are black as well and look great. I bought them at a "recycle" yard for $200. Couldn't be happier.
