What is the best way to attach these fasteners to a tonneau cover? I know that Moss sells a punch http://www.mossmotors.com/Shop/ViewProducts.aspx?PlateIndexID=44231&SortOrder=1 but it seems expensive for an individual to use.
Any and all suggestions will be appreciated as I have never completed a project like this.

Hi, have you seen these 'lift the dot' punches, a bit cheaper thaaan Mosses ones.
