I just acquired a 1967 TR4A, non-IRS, which I thought I was going to be too tall for, as per previous post, but not an issue.
I'm considering ordering the 3-way “Securon Inertia” seat belts  (a sacrilege, I know) from Victoria British. I'd feel much better taking my 8 year old for a spin with a proper harness.
Has anyone installed these? Any advice?

No I haven't installed one, but I have always wanted to put a roll bar and five point seat belts on our extra rusty TR4.

There are also some seat belts that actaully just strap around the seat. So no real alterations to the vehicle need to be made. Smiley

A few years ago I bought a TR4 with a bar that is mounted between the tops of the wheel covers behind the seats .  The purpose of this bar was to mount the seat belts .  It did not have seat belts mounted when I bought the car and I determined to not use it.  I still have it if anyone is interested in it.
