My 72 TR6 developed a "miss" last fall.  It is somewhat intermittent.  One fairly consistent symptom is that on turning, at a fairly brisk speed, then getting back on the gas again, it bogs before it catches and goes.  At normal highway speeds there appears to be a miss; it doesn't quite purr like it used to.

It has been about 3 (maybe 4 years) since I re-did the carbs.  It doesn't get driven a whole lot though.

Does it sound like its time for a carb rebuild or could it be electrical?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks

I'm betting electrical.  But just what I can only guess.  Try a new rotor and points and see if that helps.
