My 1976 TR6 was originally purchased from Tosa Motors in Milwaukee Wisconsin. They are no longer in business.

What I am looking for is to find out if anyone preserved any records and if there might be anything pertaining to the original purchase of my car. Long shot I know but it never hurts to look.

Any help would be much appreciated.

That might be a very long shot, Tom. Dealers are only required to store sales records for a specific period of time and I'd guess that even if the dealer was still in existance the sales records would be destroyed.
You might get lucky though....good luck!

Hi Bob,

It is a long shot but worth giving a try. I know there are other VTR members in that area that may also have cars originally purchased at Tosa Motors. Looking at some of my old business records that got saved and then stored and then forgotten does give at least some hope.
