Hey - I'm planning to do this conversion using the bolt-in kit that is available.  Any comments as to best place to purchase or experience stories on installation would be greatly appreciated.  Bob Pace, Jacksovnille, Florida

Have not done the changeout myself but I have spoken with a friend in Fla who has done this to both his tr3a and 3b. To quote "I could not believe the difference. The rack and pinion gave me the chance to reach around back and get a beer without any twitch in steering." He used  a bolt on unit from British auto restoration in Roanoke, VA. Call 504-989-5121 and speak with Ted Smith.. Tell him a friend of Dick Maddox sent you.
