I see the trip meter on my odometer. How do I trip it to zero?
Where the heck do I find the button ?   I own a '58 TR3 A
  Cheers, Penni

It may be broken off or simply missing, many of them are.  But if it is there, there should be a knob hanging down through the bottom edge of the dash, roughly under the '2' in '120' (ie slightly to the right of center).  To reset the odometer, push the knob up and hold it there while turning it.  I forget which way offhand, but turning one way will make the reading increase; while the other way will reset it.  It will take several turns to completely reset the reading.
