I am assuming that you have the set of H6 carbs in hand. So what I am going to say is not be a lot of help unless you are willing to look for a set of HS6 carbs. The HS6 carbs have a center linkage hookup, while the H6's have a front hookup. I have a TR4 with HS6's and I am using a very slightly modified TR6 linkage on them. And it is working quite well.
I am guessing that the biggest problem you are going to have is with the bellcrank lever. That is constructing a place to mount it. It normally is mounted on the manifold of the TR3/4. I am guessing that you will need to fabricate a bracket to hold it if there is room to do so.
The choke should not be as much of a problem though you might have a greater distance between the carbs than found on the TR3/4 set up which would require a longer linkage piece. Again the HS6 carbs have a totally different choke connection that only requires a double cable for hookup. One last item is that the HS6's do not have the rubber gaskets between the float bowl and the carb like the H6 carb does. These are the ones that tend to leak.
Hope this gives you some additional information to work from.
