Engine rebuild San Francisco bay area

Hello!
I am a new member of this forum and I have to admit I have a Morgan and not a TR4.  But we share the same engine for the most part.  I wanted to quiz the community on who they have had good luck with on TR4 engine rebuilds in the San Francisco bay area.

I have no personal experience, but Greg Solow is very well regarded.  Plus he actually specializes in Morgans (although he does TRs as well).
