Hi all - does anyone know if the TR6 turn signal switch escutcheon/cowl/shroud (whatever its called that covers the switch and surrounds the column behind the wheel) is larger than the TR4's?
Reason being I'm considering replacing my defunct TS switch with something that handles a head-lights etc as well. I actually have an MGB unit from a 78 model that would be ideal but its bigger than the standard TR4 simple TS switch. I'm hoping the 6's might be a tad wider?

Thanks

I'm afraid they're all the same size in overall dimension, whether they're on a TR4, TR6, Herald, Spitfire, etc. The only deviation from the basic shape came with the escutcheon used when there was both a lighting (or turn signal) switch and a separate overdrive switch, but even those fit the same "footprint" on the column.
