Does anyone have a early trunk floor pan that they can part with ( pre 60,000 commission ).   I really only need the rear half if that is all you have.   It would need to be in good shape, because cutting and welding will be done.   If someone has a older replacement part, this might work as well.  New replacement pans that matches the early cars are not available.   Moss and Roadster Factory sell two different panels, each with the same centers.   These center sections are like the later cars ( post 60,000 and are not compatible with the pre 60,000 early cars).
Thank you,
Tyrone

I feel your pain.  I bought the floor panel that I thought would fit early cars, but it had the raised section in the middle to clear the spare tire.  I ended up repairing the existing floor instead.  I haven't done a lot of research, but my assumption is that the floor on the early cars was raised to allow additional clearance when wider tires became standard.

So now I have an early floor (from Roadster Factory) with the raised center that I don't need.

I guess I'm going to have to cut it from another body.   One that is in two pieces, but I still hate to do that because it's a future fix-up.    I'm going to start looking for bodies with earlier stampings.
Thanks for the reply.
