After the popping out syndrome of my rear wheels (see previous post on the subject), I decided to do the following: removed both axles, and diff. Changed the diff bearings and seals. Checked for movement in flange: no problems. Changed the U joints, trailing arms. Car runs smooth with almost no clunking in the back. This morning my wife was taking the car out of the garage and I noticed a rear wheel running "square", or not turning smoothly at all (jerky movement)- only onew wheel, the other is ok. Stangely enough this movement disapears at higher speeds and there is no vibration at higher speeds (runs vrey smooth on highway) As I mentioned before, the flange is OK, no binding. If it was bent I would feel the whole car shaking.... The only thing I noticed is that over a bump, there will be some noise on that side of the car. I attributed the noise to maybe a weak TR6 shock as it almost sounds like the rubber stop hitting the body.
No slop in wheels (bearings ok). Nobody seems to know what the problem is  Huh. Can anyone shed some light on this particular issue. Thank so much

Hi Mickey, you might check to make sure the u-joints on that side are in phase. Meaning that the yokes are in line with each other on the shaft ends and also on the flange and stub ends. If they are out of phase they will bind when the shaft turns and cause the symptom you are indicating. If that is what is happening it still will be binding at speed but will not be as noticeable even though the wear will be accelerated.
